THE VINE AND THE BRANCH : A SYMBIOTIC RELATIONSHIP FOR GREAT FUTURE

A symbiotic relationship is the one that benefit both or are beneficial to all the parties involved in the relationship. A beneficial relationship will often lead to a favourable future to all the partners

Jesus gave an expository analysis of the branch and vine relationship and how the symbiotic relationship should be maintain to have a great future. Nevertheless, the future is an expected season or time which can come at the exact projected time or season and sometimes earlier or later than it is projected by the expectant individual or people.

Jesus referred to himself as the vine and we (Christians) as the branch. He further said that the branch fruit except it abides in him the vine, meaning the branch has no future except it abides in him the vine, he further said that the branch that continues abiding in him will bear more fruit  this means the branch will  its expected future since bearing fruit is where the branch derives its joy, pleasure and satisfaction.

Alas, the branch must abide in the vine and in the process of abiding, it will experience pruning that is characterized pain ab initio and also enjoy supply of nutrient from the vine which is necessary for fruit bearing. The whole essence of the relationship is Foundated on continuous abiding in the vine by the branch whether in the time of pruning or nutrient supply, abiding is what guarantees the great future.

The above postulations can be applied to our daily individual lives to have our expected future in our core operations. That is wherever we found our self the above is meant to aid us for our progress in life.

Whether as a student, employee or employer or law maker or law enforcer you are by default the branch

As a student, employee you are the branch, and you need to abide with the vine which is the rules and regulation that governs the organization you belong too. And you must always abide in these rules order to have the great future you desire, you are expected to go to school punctually, listen to your teacher whenever you are being taught, write your notes and do your given assignment and read your book and you will rewarded with a  great future of being a good student matching out excellent result in examinations

As an Employee, you are the branch that needs in the vine which is the rules of your organization. You         must be diligent in carrying out your duty.  Never work against the progress of your employer, you must avoid every form of insubordination and never break any of the terms of reference in your employment contract, be ready to go extra mile by doing more than what is expected of you, and in turn you will be rewarded with a great future of constant promotion that leads to your rapid rise to the echelon of your organization which will guarantee your ability to acquire your desired living.

To the employers, leaders especially political office holders, by default you are also a branch that need to cliff to the vine which is carrying out the responsibility that is bestowed upon you. You must be responsible and accountable to your followers. You must be ready to make sacrifices even when it is not convenient, you must avoid engaging in practices like short changing your followers, corruption, abandoning of duty, wasteful spending, diversion of resources meant for official project into personal use all these must be avoided like a plaque. And when you do this you will be rewarded with a great future of earning the trust of you followers and also you will have a good legacy that is sanctioned by the blessing of God.

In conclusion, we all need to individually abide in the vine which we belong to and when we do, we will all be collectively rewarded with a great future of having a society that is characterized by tranquility and serenity in the ambience of un-parallel growth and Development.
